Tarnish can be caused by elements and compounds in the air, exposure to chemicals in cleaning products and chlorine found in pools/hot tubs. If you notice tarnish on your Permanent Jewelry gently clean it with a mild dish soap (Dawn) and a very soft tooth brush. A jewelry polishing cloth may also be used.

Cleaning your Permanent Jewelry is simple! Simply clean your Permanent Jewelry with a mild dish soap (Dawn), or a basic white toothpaste, followed by a gentle rinse with a very soft toothbrush. A jewelry polishing cloth may also be used.

A FREE one-time re-weld will be provided for any Permanent Jewelry that has fallen off within 7 days of the original purchase, on only the jewelry that appears on the original sales receipt. Said jewelry must be provided at the re-weld appointment, the original guest, along with the original sales receipt.

A replacement of any lost Permanent Jewelry, within 7 days of original purchase, will be provided at a 50% discounted rate of the original piece(s) as priced on the original sales receipt for the original named guest.
